- All of our in-stock and custom lace wigs are made with 100% human remy hair. Remy hair is the complete hair strand and has not been weakened by stripping and it is created by careful processing which leaves the cuticles in place. While the hair might have undergone some processing (such as cleaning and dyeing), the end result is stronger, superior hair. We pride ourselves in carrying the highest quality hair you can purchase, just read some of our reviews. We also offer synthetic lace wigs and all the the necessary accessories.

- Returns & Replacements

We highly value your business and your satisfaction is important to us. We have in place a 100% Exchange/Returns on purchases made within two weeks. The following criteria must be met:
- if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an eligible item for an exchange or refund within two weeks of the shipment date;
- returns/Exchanges received after two weeks are subject to a $15 re-stocking fee for each item;
- returns/exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt;
- original shipping and handling fees can not be refunded:
- If you are exchanging a product that you are not satisfied with, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways unless we are at fault for shipping a wrong or defective item;
- refunds and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of the shipment date; and most importantly
- the merchandise must be returned/ exchanged in its original state

We are open for business 24/7 (except holidays). For same day processing, orders should be placed by 6:00PM P.S.T. Orders placed after 6:00AM P.S.T. will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 6:00PM P.S.T. will be processed on Monday (next business day).
Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the Billing and Shipping address is correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays!

We do accept Cashier's Check and Money Orders. Orders paid using these methods will be processed after the checks have been received and cashed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Request to cancel your order must be made within 12 hours of the time the order was placed. Otherwise a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged. A cancellation fee will also be charged if your order is returned to us because of incorrect address provided or is refused upon delivery.
*Standard Cancellation Policy does not Apply to "Express" Shipping Orders.
Changes or cancellation must made by the following business day of placing your order before 10:00AM E.S.T. Changes or cancellation made after 10AM E.S.T. will be charged $30.00 per item
